General Use
Our services are provided for personal and lawful use only. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.
Booking & Payment
All bookings must be confirmed in advance. A deposit may be required to secure your reservation. Full payment must be completed as agreed upon before or on the day of service.
Cancellation & Refunds
-For cancellations made 30 days or more in advance, 50% deduction, 50% refund.
-For cancellations made between 15 and 30 days in advance, 75% deduction, 25% refund.
-No refunds will be given for cancellations made 15 days or less in advance or for no-shows.
The above rates also apply in cases of force majeure.
Travel Responsibility
Bali Adasi Tour & Travel ensures safe and comfortable service, but guests are responsible for their personal belongings and must comply with local laws, regulations, and safety instructions during the tour.
Liability Insurance
We are not responsible for accidents, natural disasters, delays, or circumstances beyond our control. We only have travel insurance.

Your personal information will only be used for booking purposes and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
